Shaking the primary filter
Depending on the vacuumed dust quantity and if the pointer of
the vacuum gauge switches from the green zone (3, Fig. 7) to
the red zone (2, Fig. 7), turn the vacuum cleaner off and shake
the main filter with the knob (1, Fig. 8).
Stop the vacuum cleaner before shaking the filter.
Do not shake the filter while the vacuum cleaner is on,
as this could damage the filter itself.
Wait a few seconds before restarting the vacuum cleaner,
to allow the dust to settle. Replace the filter element if the
pointer still remains in the red zone (1, Fig. 7) even after the
filter has been shaken (consult the "Primary filter replacement"
paragraph).
Emergency stopping
Turn the main switch to "0" position.

Before proceeding with these operations, turn off the
vacuum cleaner and remove the plug from the power
socket.

These operations can only be carried out by
trained and qualified personnel who must wear
adequate clothing, in compliance with the laws in
force.

Take care not to raise dust when this operation is
carried out. Wear a P3 protective mask.
■
In case of hazardous and/or harmful dust, use
only the bags recommended by the manufacturer
(see "Recommended spare parts").
■
The bag must only be disposed of by qualified
personnel and in compliance with the laws in
force.

Press down the lever (2, Fig. 9) to release the casing (1,
Fig. 9).

With the lever (3, Fig. 9) lift the casing (1, Fig. 9) to reach
the bag (4, Fig. 9).
■
Turn the bag full of dust (1, Fig. 10) on itself to obtain a
section of coiled bags to be tightened with two clamps (2,
Fig. 10).
■
Place the two clamps at a distance of 50 mm between
them, then with a pair of scissors cut between the two
clamps.
■
Remove the bag full of dust (1, Fig. 10) and place the
new section of Longopac
At the end of a cleaning session
■
Turn off the vacuum cleaner and remove the plug from
the socket.
■
Wind the connection cable around the handle (Fig. 11).
■
Clean the vacuum cleaner as described in the
"Maintenance, cleaning and decontamination" paragraph.
■
Store the device in a dry place, out of reach of
unauthorized people.
■
Shut the inlet with the appropriate plug (10, Fig. 1) when
the vacuum cleaner is transported or not being used.
