visual indicators for "your baby's sound intensity":
The parent unit has five LEDs which display the sound intensity of any noises
made by your baby. The louder the noise, the more lights will be illuminated
on the parent unit. In this way, you will know when your baby is crying, even if
the sound on the parent unit is switched off.
visual and sound indicators for "connection between both units":
When the connection between the parent and baby units is broken, a red connection light will start
to blink and a continuous beep will sound. This may occur when the parent unit is out of range of the
baby unit or if the baby unit is switched off. Once the connection has been restored, the light will stop
blinking and the beeps will stop.
Sound indicator for "battery level"
The battery life for the parent unit is between 10 and 12 hours (depending on how often you use the
baby alarm). If the batteries are running low, the parent unit will emit several warning beeps around
30 minutes before it switches itself off. Insert new batteries, or if using rechargeable batteries, charge
them using an external charger.
Changing channel:
The signal passed between the parent and baby unit is encrypted. Only the parent unit connected to
the baby unit in the factory can listen to the sounds broadcast. Sometimes, other wireless devices can
interfere with your baby alarm if they broadcast on the sale channel (the same frequency). If this is the
case, change the channel by pressing the button
