7 – Installation and setting
Mounting the sanding head (Figure 2)
CAUTION! Unplug from the
power source!
Have the sanding head (9) ready in
such a way that the sanding stopper
surface (15) points downwards towards
the work piece. Fit the spiral spring (4)
into the groove (a) and (b).
Put the groove (c) at the rear end of the
sanding head onto the spring (d) at the
sanding head (16). Use the assembly/
adjustment screw (3) fit the sanding
head, through the screw holes (e) and (f)
fix to the sanding head holder.
Mounting the sanding belt (Figure 3)
CAUTION! Unplug from the
power source!
Push the tensioning lever (11) to
position A. Insert the sanding belt (13)
at the rear end of the sanding belt
holder (12) and use the front end to
position it over the roller guide (10) of
the sanding head.
Push the tensioning lever to position (B)
to tension the sanding belt.
Remove the sanding belt in reverse
order.
