SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Evolution LTC
is a battery powered sprayer with electric control which ensures a UNIFORM SPRAYING DURING THE
ontrol
ENTIRE TREATMENT. Enables to easily select the most suitable work mode for each type of application.
For that purpose, this model has two
positions. A high pressure (HP) position
suitable for insecticide and fungicide
treatments, where fi ne droplets with a good
coverage are required and another low
pressure (LP) position suitable for herbicidal
treatments with thicker droplets, which
eliminates drift.

This sprayer has been designed so as to apply phytosantiary products (fungicides, herbicides and insecticides) approved by
the authorities which regulate these types of products for use with sprayers. Under no circumstances whatsoever should the
apparatus be used for spraying fl ammable and industrial products (solvents, acids, alkalis, etc.).
It is important that this manual is read and understood prior to starting to use the equipment.
Pay special attention to equipment cleaning and maintenance tips so as to ensure an extended
service life of the sprayer.

warnings may result in serious injury.

ASSEMBLY AND START UP
• ASSEMBLY: For assembly follow the instructions given in the photos in Section [2.a].
• VERIFICATION: Verify with water that the equipment has been assembled correctly, that it is not damaged and is in good
working condition.
• START-UP: For starting up follow the instructions given in the photos in Section [2.b].
• BATTERY: Before each working day, ensure that the battery is charged. To charge the battery, see Section 6. Battery.
When installing the battery in the equipment, ensure that it is securely locked. [2.8]
• CHEMICAL PRODUCT: For diffi cult to dilute products, it is recommended to prepare the mixture beforehand in a separate
container.
• WORKING POSITION SELECTION: Select the nozzle and the most suitable working position for your application according
to Tables T.1 and T.2. [2.10]
EQUIPMENT PERFORMANCE MAY BE REDUCED IF A NOZZLE IS USED WHICH HAS NOT BEEN RECOMMENDED
IN TABLES T.1 AND T.2.
• TURNING THE EQUIPMENT OFF: The equipment is fi tted with a pressure switch which stops the motor when the handle
is released, but the equipment is still turned on. To completely turn the equipment off, set the switch to the OFF position
according to the photo [2.12].
TO EXTEND THE EQUIPMENT'S SERVICE LIFE, AT THE END OF THE WORKING DAY, TURN THE MAIN SWITCH OFF,
ACTIVATE THE HANDLE TO RELEASE THE PRESSURE FROM THE HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT [2.12] AND REMOVE THE
BATTERY FROM THE EQUIPMENT.
