7.1 Maintenance plan

What?
Clean
Check sliding bearings
Check hydraulic oil level,
top up
Change hydraulic oil
Check hydraulic hose
lines
7.2 Cleaning
Make sure that the device is not switched on.
Clean
- your lifting unit regularly
- in particular the stickers (picture symbols) on the device.
Order new stickers if the old ones are no longer legible.
The order no. can be found in the list of spare parts.
- the running faces of the rollers
7.3 Mechanics
Your device is fitted with maintenance-free sliding bearings.
The bearings thus only have to be checked for wear on a
regular basis (250 working hours).
