1. Remove the battery compartment cover on
the back of the device to install the micro-SIM
card and micro-SD memory card. To install
the micro-SIM card, slide the metal tab to the
right to unlock it, turn it upside down, and
insert the card following the direction shown
in the illustration. Lower the metal tab and
slide it to the left to lock it.
2. Follow the same procedure if you want to
install a micro-SD card, but in this case slide
the metal tab to the left to unlock it, as shown
in the illustration.
3. Insert the battery into it's compartment,
making sure that the electrodes on the
connector in the terminal match the slots on
the bottom of the battery, as shown.
4. Connect the end of the power adapter cable
to the connector on the back of the charger
cradle, and then connect the power adapter
to an AC outlet.
5. Place the phone on the charging cradle, and
check that the battery level indicator flashes
while the battery charging process is being
completed.
