22. PLAY/PAUSE
Remote play and pause control. Never connect the jack with any voltage.
• LCD (fig. 5)
1. BAR INDICATOR
Bar indicator providing a visual display of the approximate position of the current track.
2. ELAPSED TIME
Elapsed time indication.
3. REMAINING/TOTAL TIME
Remaining time of the playing track or total remaining time of the CD.
4. TRACK
Selected track.
5. MINUTE
Current minute.
6. SECOND
Current second.
7. FRAME
Current frame.
8. SINGLE
When lit, playing will stop at the beginning of the next track.
9. CONTINUE
When lit, the CD player will play all tracks continuously.
10. PITCH DISPLAY
Indication of the BPM change rate (+/- 12%).
7. Operation
a. Opening and Closing the Disc Tray
• Turn on the unit. Press the OPEN/CLOSE button to open the tray.
• Remember that the tray cannot be opened during playing to prevent the playing from being interrupted.
Stop the playing first and press the button to open.
b. Loading a CD
• Load a disc following the instructions in "4. Your Compact Disks". The unit will show the total track
numbers for about 4 seconds and enter the cue mode.
• The cue point will be set automatically.
REMARK: Never place any object other than a CD (one CD at a time) into the tray. Always use the
OPEN/CLOSE button to open and to close the tray.
