Chain calculations
These are calculations in which the previous result is used as the first operand in the next
calculation. For example, you can calculate √ = and sin = .
The previous calculation result will not be recalled after entering multiple instructions.
Example
Calculations using fractions
This function is used to perform arithmetic operations and memory calculations using a fraction
and the conversion between a decimal number and a fraction.
• In all cases, a total of up to 10 digits including integer, numerator, denominator and the symbol
( ) can be entered.
• If the number of digits to be displayed is greater than 10, the number will be converted to a
decimal number and displayed as such.
• Decimal numbers, variables, or exponents cannot be used as fractions.
