USE OF THE CUTTING DISCS
1. Place the disc holder (I) into the bowl (G). Make sure that the four notches of the plate match
the protrusion of the bowl.
2. Put the disc holder (I) on the spindle of the bowl.
3. Place the transmission unit onto the bowl.
4. Fill the foodstuff into the feed tube.
5. If the foodstuff is too large, cut it into convenient pieces fi tting easily into the tube.
6. Always use the pusher (N) to add additional foodstuff through the feed tube. Fill the feed tube
completely. If not fi lled suffi ciently, vegetable pieces may block the appliance.
Never reach with your fi ngers or with any hard utensils (spoons, knives, etc.) into the
feed tube!
Handle the discs with great care as they are very sharp!
CLEANING
Clean the appliance as soon as you fi nish the food preparation. The synthetic parts may become
discoloured by certain food or spices (i.e. carrots, radish etc.).
1. Unplug the appliance and detach the accessories before cleaning.
2. The whisk and the dough hooks can also be cleaned while still attached to the motor unit by
immersing them in warm water with some washing-up liquid and letting the appliance run for
a while.
3. Wipe them with a dump cloth.
4. All parts except the motor unit (C) & the connecting unit are dishwasher proof.
5. Clean the motor and connecting units externally, using a dump cloth.
6. Store the appliance in a dry place, out of the reach of children.
Do not immerse the motor unit and the connecting unit in water or any other liquid.
