USING THE APPLIANCE
Do not work longer than approx. 3 to 5 minutes.
HAND BLENDER
The hand blender is intended for:
– blending fl uids, e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks and shakes
– mixing soft ingredients, e.g. pancake batter or mayonnaise
– pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g. for making baby food
USE OF THE HAND BLENDER
1. Attach the blender bar to the motor unit (fi g. 1).
2. Immerse the blade completely into the ingredients (fi g. 2).
3. Switch the appliance on by pressing the normal or turbo speed ΙΙ button.
4. Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and down and in circles (fi g. 3).
