• The power tool is supplied with
warning labels; these must be applied
in accordance with Figure 7 on page 5.
• Do not look into the laser beam. Looking
into the laser outlet from a distance of
100 mm with optical instruments (e.g.
magnifying glass or microscope) may
cause a risk of damage to the eyes.
• Never point the laser beam towards
people or animals.
• Never use the laser beam on very
reflective materials. There is a risk
posed by the reflected light.
• Have repairs to the laser projector
carried out by specialists only.
• Do not introduce hard objects into the
laser optic (18).
• Clean the laser optic with a soft, dry
brush.

7 – Installation and setting
CAUTION! Disconnect the power
cable before all assembling and
setting work!
Changing the cutting wheels, setting
the cutting width
CAREFUL! Diamond cutting
wheels may become very hot
when being used. Do not touch cutting
wheels until they have cooled down!
• Remove the setting screw (6) for the
depth stop (5). Loosen the screws
marked on Figure 2 using the
hexagonal wrench (10). Remove the
protective hood.
Press the spindle lock (3) and hold to
ensure that the cutting wheel does not
continue to rotate (Figure 3). Use the
flange wrench (11) to undo the clamping
nut (16) and by turning to the right (!)
and remove. The cutting wheel and
spacers can now be removed.
Changing the cutting wheels
Pull the cutting wheel (14), spacers (24)
off over the sleeve (23) (Figure 5).
CAUTION! Only use cutting
wheels with a diameter of
150 mm!
CAUTION! Always replace
cutting wheels in pairs!
