CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Before cleaning the fan heater, turn it off, remove the plug from the outlet and wait
for it to cool.
• To clean the cooking plate, use a slightly damp, soft cloth; do not use scouring pads
or abrasive products. Do not wash it under a jet of water or immerse in water; do not
wash in the dishwasher.
• To clean the pans, cover, grill and forks, use a moist sponge with dish detergent and
rinse carefully; do not use metal scouring pads or abrasive products that could
damage the non-stick coating.
• A special tool is required to replace the electrical cord: contact an authorized service
center, also for any repairs.
• Should you decide not to use the appliance any more, we recommend making it
inoperative by cutting the power cord (after making sure you have disconnected the
plug from the socket) and make dangerous parts harmless if children are allowed to
play with them, such as the glass cover and forks.
• Do not dispose of non-biodegradable products in the environment but dispose of
them in accordance with current law. Keep in mind that: -the wok pans, fondue pot,
its ring and the electric plate are aluminum. -the handles are thermosetting plastic. –
the cover is glass. -the structure of the heating plate and the fork handles are plastic. -
the electric wires are copper covered with rubber- -the grill and forks are steel.
