ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Align the angle steel (No. 7) with the

frame (No. 17). Fasten them using bolt
M10 x 25 (No. 6), washer (No. 9), lock
washer (No. 10) and nut M10 (No. 11).

Position the press platform (No. 13)

into the frame (No. 17). (Fig. C)

Insert the rod (No. 8) into the slot

provided in the frame (No. 17).

Fasten the hand pump (No. 5)

beside the frame (No. 17) using
washer M8 (No. 18) and screw M8
x 16 (No. 19).

Align and fasten the plate (No. 15)

with the top round nut (No. 16) and
bottom round nut (No. 14)
accordingly, using bolt M10 x 110
(No. 21), spring (No. 20), and
bearing (No. 24). Fasten the
pressure gauge (No. 1) using the
nylon ring (No. 2). Position and
secure the pad plate (No. 12) along
with the frame (No. 17). Fasten the
sliding block (No. 28) on the press
platform (No. 13) using screw M6 x
25 (No. 29), washer M6 (No. 30)
and lock washer M6 (No. 31). Insert
the handle into the hand pump (No.

Insert the safety screen (No. 33) into

Before assembly of this product, make sure all parts are
present while unpacking. Compare parts with the parts list (see
section "Key Parts Diagram"). If any part is missing or damaged, do
not attempt to assemble, install, or operate the product.
