You can choose the better cooking mode allowing to the food to be prepared, using the mode
setting knob (8) .
1 - – This mode uses only the lower element.
It is convenient to reheat as well as for cooking pies, quiches and cakes without browning.
This mode is to be used with grid or wire rack on the lowest position.
2 - – This mode uses upper and lower elements simultaneously.
It is convenient to prepare all cooked dishes, pizzas, lasagnes, stuffed vegetables and some
kind of cakes.
Accessories may be placed at any positions.
3 - – This mode uses only the upper element.
It is used to broil, grill and top brown cooked dishes, meats and fishes.
Use preferably the grid on the upper position and the wire rack on the lowest one. Dripping pan
may contains water to prevent from smoke (see advises below).
Caution : let the door ajar when using this mode.
FAN HEATING
This function, combined with
the appliance.
It is recommended to :
- cook two different dishes simultaneously without mixing flavours,
- cook and reheat two different dishes simultaneously without mixing flavours,
- obtain a better result, crisp and moist,
- cook faster.
• Plug the cord into the mains.
• Place the grid or the dripping pan inside of the oven. Choose the bottom position to cook or to
reheat. Prefer the top position to broil or to brown.
• Place the food to be cooked in the oven.
• Close the door.
• Set the thermostat knob (7) on the desired temperature.
• Set the timer knob (8) on the desired cooking time
• The light indicator is on as soon as the timer is on. It shuts when the selected temperature is
reached.
• Once the selected time has past, the timer is ringing and the appliance shuts off.
• To switch off manually the appliance, set the timer knob on "0" position.
• Bring food out of the oven, taking care to avoid any burn.
• Unplug the appliance.
