• Plug the cord into the mains.
• Place the grid or the dripping pan inside of the oven. Choose the bottom position to cook or to
reheat. Prefer the top position to broil or to brown.
• Place the food to be cooked in the oven.
• Close the door.
• Set the thermostat knob (7) on the desired temperature.
• Set the timer knob (8) on the desired cooking time
• The light indicator is on as soon as the timer is on. It shuts when the selected temperature is
reached.
• Once the selected time has past, the timer is ringing and the appliance shuts off.
• To switch off manually the appliance, set the timer knob on "0" position.
• Bring food out of the oven, taking care to avoid any burn.
• Unplug the appliance.
FOR A BETTER RESULT
• Do not overfill the oven.
• Whenever possible, place the food to be cooked in the centre of the oven.
• Avoid opening the door too frequently to prevent heat loss.
• When experimenting with new uses, watch the food to avoid over browning.
BROILING ADVISES
While smoking is an inherent characteristic of good broiling, the following tips should eliminate
or greatly reduce smoking.
• Do not cover the oven dripping pan with foil. This prevents fats and oils from draining, causing
spatter and smoking, and also restricts air circulation for proper ventilation.
• Place a container of water into the oven to prevent from smoking.
• For best results, thaw frozen meats before broiling.
• Trim excess fat from food.
• If grease "pops" during broiling, set the thermostat on a lower position.
• Clean the grid and the dripping pan after each use.
• The appliance and its attachments should be cleaned after each use. Too much grease
accumulation causes smoking. See instructions below.
