Important!
The outdoor unit works only with a stabilised direct voltage of 12 V/DC. Never connect
an alternating voltage (e.g. from a door bell-transformer) to the outdoor unit. This will
destroy the outdoor unit, loss of warranty/guarantee!
The relay contact is potential-free. Therefore, a direct voltage as well as an alternating
voltage can be connected here to operate the door opener.
• If you want to connect the outdoor unit to your router with a LAN cable, connect the network
adapter cable as well now.
Connect the plug of the cable to the socket B2 of the outdoor unit for this. Observe proper
orientation.
c) Inserting the outdoor unit
• Insert the outdoor unit with the upper side first into the wall holder.
The plastic part B1 must be hooked into the cut-out of the wall holder.
• Then fold the bottom side into the holder as well.
• Finally, turn the screw into the outdoor unit from below through the small metal bracket. For
this, also observe the figure in chapter Mounting the Wall Holder.
d) Labelling the name tag
• To label the name tag (A6), the transparent plastic cover must be removed. This is only
pushed on.
You can easily lever it off with a flat screwdriver. There is a small groove in the right and left
of the plastic cover for this.
• Take the name tag out of the cover and label it with a water-proof pen. Alternatively, you can
produce a separate sign (31 x 11 mm) with a laser printer.
• Insert the name tag into the plastic cover and push it back into the outer unit.
