Chairman
• Press the microphone button (8) to switch the gooseneck microphone
on.
• Red ring of the gooseneck
microphone is illuminated
and the LED (7) or (3) is
illuminated green:

• Using the standard version of the MCW-D 200 control unit 4 participants
(e.g. 3 delegates and 1 chairman) can speak simultaneously. Using
additional PCBs inside the MCW-D 200 up to 7 participants (6 delegates
(8)
and 1 chairman) can speak simultaneously.
Chairman
• The request-to-talk is registered in the system by pressing the micro-
phone button (8) of the delegate microphone unit.
• The allocation is made with the function button (10) of the chairman
microphone unit. The function button (10) and the request-to-talk
mode have to be configured with the MCW-D 200 Editor software
before. Please refer also to the appropriate manual.
• The LED (7) or (3) of the delegate unit is illuminated to indicate the
request-to-talk.
• If you press the microphone button (8) again the request-to-talk is
cleared. The LED (7) or (3) goes out.
• The chairman can clear the request-to-talk list by pressing the "Clear"-
button (9).

The microphone is ready for talking.
Important:
• If the number of open microphones is reached, a micro-
phone can only be switched on manually when another
microphone unit has been switched off.
