4.2.1.4 Time shift size

After that the creation of the PVR file system is finished, it pops out setting menu of Time Shift
Size to ask the user to set the room size used for Time shift function. See picture as follows：

Order condition List/Index key to switch the options: Program -> Channel -> Time. It is ordered
according to program name, program number and recording name.
