TROUBLESHOOTING
Before asking for repairs, conduct your own inspection first. If you find a problem that is not explained in the man-
ual, do not attempt to dismantle the machine. Instead, ask Makita Authorized Service Centers, always using Makita
replacement parts for repairs.
State of abnormality
Motor does not start.
Motor stops soon.
Motor speed does not increase.
Rotor blade does not rotate.
Stop the motor immediately.
Power unit vibrates abnormally.
Stop the motor immediately.
Rotor blades continue to rotate even
if the switch trigger/lever is released.
Stop the motor immediately.
