g) Colour for Display Lighting/Setting the Projection
The colour of the display lighting/Projection can be continuously adjusted as it contains an
integrated so-called RGD-LED.
• Hold down the "COLOR LOCK" (10) button down until the colour of the display lighting/
projection changes.
• If the desired colour appears, briefly press the "COLOR LOCK" (10) button to save the
setting.
The colour of the display lighting/projection changes to "blue" during DCF
signal checks. The display lighting/projection colour cannot be adjusted at this
time!
h) Carrying out DCF Signal Check
The Radio Projection Clock carries out a DCF signal check after batteries have been inserted
and/or every hour.
You can however manually attempt to receive DCF signal.
Simply hold down the "WAVE °C/°F" button for approx. 3 seconds, until the radio tower begins
to flash.
The colour of the display lighting/projection changes to "blue" during DCF
signal checks. The display lighting/projection colour cannot be adjusted at this
time!
It can take between 3 and 5 minutes until the DCF time is received correctly and displayed, if
the DCF signal can be received at the location where the clock is installed.
i) Summer Time Indicator
While the time is adjusted to Summer Time, the symbol "S" is shown on the right next to the
time display.
