CLEANING

Before cleaning always switch OFF the device and unplug the power cord, wait for the device to cool down.

Clean the device after each use and remove food residues.
•
Wipe off the glass-ceramic plate and the plastic surface with a slightly damp cloth.
•
Make sure that no water can get into the electrical components of the device.
•
To avoid any danger or risk of the electrical shock, never use abrasive cleaners, cleaning pads or any
sharp objects (i.e. metal scouring pads). Always handle the appliance with care.
•
Use of additional cleaning liquids is recommended on the cooking area to extend its lifetime.
•
Do not use any petrol products to clean the device to avoid damaging the plastic and the control panel.
•
Do not use any flammable, acidic or alkaline materials or substances near the device, as this may reduce
the service life of the device and cause a fire when the device is on.
•
When not in use store the device in a dry place.

Cause and Solution
Voltage is under 75V.
Voltage is over 145V.
IGBT in short circuit. The accessory and spare parts are damaged, please contact
the nearest authorized service facility for trouble shooting repair and adjustment.
The temperature sensor under the cooking area is defective or there is a short circuit.

The appliance is too hot. The cooking temperature is over 450°F. Please unplug the
machine from the outlet, wait until the unit has cooled down, plug in the power cord.
The temperature of IGBT is overheating. After the unit has cooled down, the unit
automatically switches into standby mode. If it does not work, one of the parts is
damaged. Please contact the nearest authorized service facility for trouble shooting,
repair and adjustment.
Temperature sensor is defective. Issue is caused by a concave pot. Change the pot
and restart the induction. IF there is no issue with the pot, restart the unit. If the error
code still shows, please contact the nearest authorized service facility for trouble
shooting, repair and adjustment.
