ESECUZIONE VUOTO IN BUSTE GOFFRATE PER
SOTTOVUOTO
MOD. "EASY VACUUM"
• Collegare l'apparecchio alla presa di corrente.
• Dare tensione alla confezionatrice premendo l'interruttore (1)
"ON/OFF" e si accende la spia rossa incorporata.
• Alzare lo sportello mobile (A) dell'apparecchio.
• Inserire entro i limiti della guarnizione (B) l'imboccatura della busta
"goffrata" contenente il prodotto asciutto e freddo da confezionare ed
appoggiarsi con l'estremità della busta sulle tacche di riferimento (C).
• Regolare il tempo di saldatura al valore desiderato (Es. "8"
per buste goffrate grammatura 95 ) mediante la manopola (6) "SEAL
TIME".
• Abbassare lo sportello mobile (A).
• Premere l'interruttore (4) "PUMP" per attivare la pompa vuoto, e allo
stesso tempo esercitare una leggera pressione ai bordi dello sportello
mobile (Fig. 1).
• Una volta raggiunto il valore sul vuotometro (3) di 0,75÷0,80 bar, pre-
mere il pulsante (5) "SEAL" e si accende la spia dell'interruttore (4)
"PUMP". La macchina completa il ciclo di vuoto, sigilla la busta e
sblocca lo sportello mobile a fine ciclo; alzare quindi lo sportello ed
estrarre la busta.
La busta deve risultare saldata in modo corretto.
La saldatura deve risultare ben marcata, senza punti di
fusione e senza bruciature (vedi fig. 2).

VACUUM CREATION INSIDE OF CHANNELLED
VACUUM BAGS
MOD. "EASY VACUUM"
• Connect the appliance to a power socket.
• Switch the machine on by pressing the "ON/OFF" switch (1);
the built-in red indicator lights up.
• Lift the machine lid (A).
• Insert the opening of the "channelled" bag containing the dry and cold
product to be packed inside the limits of the seal (B) and place the end
of the bag on the reference notches (C).
• Adjust the sealing time to the required value (E.g. "8"
for channelled bags having basic weight 95 g.) using "SEAL TIME"
knob (6) .
• Lower the movable lid (A).
• Press "PUMP" pushbutton (4) to activate the vacuum pump, and at the
same time press down slightly on the edges of the movable lid (Fig. 1).
• Once vacuum gauge (3) shows the reading as 0.75 - 0.80
bar, press the "SEAL" button (5); the "PUMP" button (4) indicator
lights up. The machine completes the vacuum creation cycle, seals
the bag and releases the movable lid at the end of the cycle; now raise
the lid and remove the bag.
The bag must be sealed correctly.
Sealing must be clear, without melted points or burns
(see fig. 2).
