10. pH/ORP kit assembly (options Ref. 56792 or 567922)
a) Disconnect the case from the support on the wall and insert the peristaltic pump, then re-attach the case
(Fig. 12). Hook the pump up onto the connector 2 (Fig. 15).
b) Attach the transparent tube to the posts on the pH pump and the suction inlet (pH- reservoir).
c) Attach the injection valve to the vessel (careful with the waterproof seal gasket and make sure to stop the
filtering pump and tighten manually. (fig.8.1). Restart the filtering pump and check water-tightness.
d) Unscrew the cell in maintenance position (without removing it) and insert the pH/ORP sensors into their slot
until fully in place (use the sensor-holding plugs and the thick gaskets). Tighten manually. (fig.8.1)
e) Screw the cell in with the sensors. (fig.8.2)
f) Flush (Fig. 8.3) the sensors (to do so, lightly unscrew the sensor-holder with one hand while holding the
sensor with the other until the water comes out of it). The flushing operation is to be done every time the

11. Chlorinator start-up
At this point, the installation is ready. Connect the device to the power supply and turn it on using the start/stop
button (fig. 15).
When you turn the device on for the first time, the following message is displayed:
"Select your language." Turn the knob until reaching the language you wish to use and
validate by pressing the knob.
The following screen asks you to adjust the required volume of your swimming pool
shell. If you do not know this amount, you can accept the default volume shown and
return to this option at any time in the USER MENU.
After validation, the main display screen is shown. This screen shows you the
values for your swimming pool: Chlorine production, polarity, pH, ORP (according
to options).
12. USER MENU
All of the adjustments on your device are made through
this menu. The different sub-menus in the User Menu are
as follows:
1 – Chlorination Menu
1-Production
2-Return to menu
1-Production
Adjustable chlorine production value. Adjustable range: 0%~100%. Factory value: 75%. Once the adjustment is
selected, it appears on the main screen.
Chlorine production adjustment (during normal operation)
Rate in ppm of chlorine below 0.5 ppm: increase the setpoint for production in intervals of 10%.
Rate in ppm of chlorine above 3.0 ppm: decrease the setpoint for production in intervals of 10%.
Note : Reaching the new setpoint may take several hours, depending on the size of your pool.
Warning: For models with the chlorine regulation option, see the ORP Menu.
Warning: If, after first installation, after a long period of inactivity or after a period of heavy use, your ppm level is
low (<0.5ppm), you can adjust the production to 100% or use the boost feature (see BOOST).
