If you need some help and you're in the UK, please first check and see if your problem
can be solved using the troubleshooting guide below. If it can't, please call us on
0844 800 6503 (using a UK landline, at time of going to print: calls cost 6p for connection
charge and then 5p a minute. Mobile costs may vary).

Troubleshooting guide

My wrist shaker doesn't vibrate when I've an incoming call
Make sure you've registered your wrist shaker. If you got your wrist shaker separate to
your phone, you need to register it. Please see Step 4 of Getting Started on page 15.
If you have registered you wrist shaker and it still doesn't vibrate with an incoming call,
you may have moved out of range of your phone. Move closer to your phone.
My display is flashing red
The battery is low. Recharge your wrist shaker by placing it on your charger unit. To fully
charge it will take about ten hours.
