The ORITEL R ORITEL R ORITEL RW 501 directional wattmeter ORITEL R W 501 directional wattmeter W 501 directional wattmeter enables the user to verify transmitters and "feeder antenna" W 501 directional wattmeter
ORITEL R W 501 directional wattmeter
units in the HF - VHF - UHF ranges rapidly and efficiently.
It measures the power circulating on a 50 Ω impedance coaxial line and the power reflected by the cable
and antenna or the load.
The instrument provides a direct reading of:
- the power delivered by a transmitter on its load
- the power reflected by this load.
Robust and showerproof, a protective shoulder bag is available on option. Due to its battery operation,
it can be used in a laboratory or out on site.

Female N input socket to connect the instrument to the transmitter output by means of a 50 Ω
impedance coaxial cable.
Female N output socket to connect the instrument to the transmitter antenna or to an adapted load
if used for measurement in a laboratory.
A moving coil galvanometer with 6 measurement scales, corresponding to the 6 power ranges and
a "BATTERY TEST" verification "zone".
6-position incident power switch, to select the range adapted to the power of the transmitter between
1 W and 300 W full scale.
