Der Caravanspiegel ist bei bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch wartungsfrei.
Reinigen Sie die Caravanspiegel nur mit einem trockenen, weichen Tuch.
Bei sehr starker Verschmutzung waschen Sie die Spiegel mit Wasser ab.
Verwenden Sie keine scharfen Reinigungs- oder Lösungsmittel.
Reinigen Sie die Spiegel äche mit handelsüblichen Glasreinigern.

1. PROPER USE OF THE PRODUCT
The caravan mirror set is designed to enable the driver to see when reversing with
an attached, wide caravan.
This device is not designed to be used by children or persons with limited metal
abilities or without experience and/or lack of required specialist knowledge. Keep
children away from the device.
The device is not designated for commercial use.
Utilisation according to the intended purpose also includes the observance of all
information in these operating instructions, particularly the observance of the
safety instructions. Any other utilisation is considered to be contrary to the
intended purpose and may lead to material damages or personal injuries. EAL
GmbH assumes no liability for damage resulting from improper use.

• Clean the housing of the exterior mirror before mounting the caravan mirror in
order to prevent scratches.
• Check the mirror set before each journey to ensure that they are rmly secured.
• Check the mirror set again after around 30 km to ensure that they are rmly
secured.
• Do not drive faster than 100 km/h when the caravan mirrors are mounted.
• Remember, your vehicle is considerably wider with the caravan mirrors
mounted. Pay special attention to pedestrians, garages and entrances.
• Remove the caravan mirrors after every caravan journey has been completed.
• If your vehicle is tted with automatic folding exterior mirrors, make sure that
you remove the caravan mirrors before the exterior mirrors fold. Otherwise your
vehicle and the caravan mirrors may be damaged.
• The mounted caravan mirror can impair or disable the function of the Blind Spot
Assist / Lane Change Assistant.
5. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Mounting on the exterior mirror
Before you start to mount, check to make sure that the rubber straps have been
tted correctly. The stays on the rubber straps must later rest on the outside of the
mirror housing of your vehicle.
Place the caravan mirror on the exterior mirror of your vehicle as shown in picture
1. Fasten the caravan mirror with the rubber straps. Adjust the length of the rubber
straps with the strap tting, picture 2.

Removing the caravan mirror
First unhook the rubber straps of the caravan mirror. Then remove the caravan
mirror from the outside mirror of your vehicle.
6. MAINTENANCE AND CARE
The caravan mirror is maintenance-free when used in accordance with the inten-
ded purpose. Clean the caravan mirror with a dry, soft cloth only. In the event of
heavy contamination, wash the mirror with water. Do not use aggressive cleaning
agents or solvents.
Clean the mirror surface with an ordinary glass cleaner.
7. NOTES FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Please dispose of this device via the recycling facilities or public/community
collection points.
The materials can be recycled. By recycling, reuse of materials or other forms of
reuse of old devices, you make an important contribution to the protection of our
environment!
