Installation
• Flush out thoroughly supply pipes before connection to
the flush valve.
• In straight type (inline connection) ensure that water
circulation is in direction of the arrow marked on the
body.
• Push on several times to stabilise the timer.
• Push button height / WC pan : 500 mm. minimum
• Flush tube height : 400 mm. minimum with 50° bent
minimum.
• Fit a clamp above and below the flush valve.
• If possible, install flush valve with cross-wall fitting before installation of tubes in order
to make adjustment easier.
• Drill the wall ø 21 to 22 for cross-wall fitting + a hose ø 6 for anti-rotation pin (3).
• Set up the control (2).
• Screw and block the nut (4).
• Then, screw the valve with the nut (6) in the control (2) respecting 1 to 2 mm.
• Block the nut (5) on the nut (6).
• Using a 2.5mm Allen key fix the 2 side screws (6 bis).
• It is possible to move the valve closer to the wall, in this case, cut the cross-wall fitting
(2) respecting 2 cm between the nut (5) and the nut (4)..

Recommendation :
• Check pipe sizing to avoid water hammer, pressure and flow rate losses. (see our
brochure or web site).
• Protect hydraulic installation by general filters and pressure regulator in order to
reduce maintenance frequency. (Pression recommended 2 to 4 bar)
• A service valve should be fitted in close proximity to sanitary taps to
simplify maintenance.

Cleaning and servicing
• Chrome cleaning : Clean the plated chrome with mild soap and water, with a soft
cloth. DO NOT USE ABRASIVE or chlorin cleaners.
• Risk of freezing : Flush out the supply, and push on several times to flush out the
valve. In case of freezing, remove the complete cartridge containing the mechanism
and store it.
Attention : never grease the internal mechanism.
Maintenance
• Too long self-closing delay or continuous flushing:
Clean the delay case with a dry cloth, and the calibrated timer groove with a non
metallic point.
• Drip or leak :
Clean the seat washer, and check/clean the seat joint, or replace it if it is damaged.

• Water discharge from integrated vacuum-breaker :
Reduce water pressure. Flush tube must not be in full lock on WC pan and should
have a 50° bent.
1
• Lack/no flushing : Too low dynamic pressure or insufficient size of pipe.
To remove the mechanism:
- Unscrew the lock nut (1)
with a 24mm A.F. spanner
then unscrew (2).
- Unscrew the nut (3) (water
inlet) with a 23mm A.F.
spanner.
- Turn the valve at 90° to
access the mechanism.
- Remove the mechanism with
a 32mm A.F. spanner (4).
