Caution: during operation, the baking plate heats up. Use caution to
avoid burns. Use oven mitts and heat-resistant wooden or plastic utensils!
To make crepes:
Turn the temperature knob to the desired heat setting (from Light to
Dark).
The plate should reach the selected temperature in a few minutes
only, and the green "Ready" indicator will illuminate.
Brush the plate with oil or non-stick cooking spray or clarified butter.
Pour a small amount of batter onto the center of the cooking plate.
Quickly spread the batter in circulating movements using the batter
spreader until desired diameter of the crepe is achieved.
Allow the crepe to cook until the top surface is no longer runny,
about 45-60 seconds, and the crepe can be moved slightly on the
cooking plate.
Slide the wooden spatula under the crepe and turn the crepe over
the cook the other side.
Cook the crepe until just golden. Do not overcook. Use the wooden
spatula to remove the crepe from the cooking plate and place it on
a plate.
Repeat with remaining batter.
At the end of cooking, switch the crepe maker off by turning the
power and temperature knob to the "0" position. Turn the power off
and remove the plug from the outlet.
Allow the appliance to cool before cleaning and storing.
Fold, roll, or wrap sweet or savory toppings in your crepe and enjoy!

Brush the 4 pancake-shaped circles with oil, non-stick cooking spray
or clarified butter.
