Replacement and addition of original accessories and spare parts
Only original euroline® accessories and spare parts may be attached.
The attachment position (18) is for the seat adapter.
The attachment positions (18) and (19) are for the anchor loop (short securing).
Replacing or assembling accessories and spare parts requires careful and competent handling.
Please observe the following procedure for assembly or replacement of accessories or spare parts:
1. The stainless steel shackle (6) can be opened at the shackle
screw (16) with an Allen wrench (size: 6mm). Loosen and
unscrew the shackle screw (16) completely. The shackle
doesn't need to be removed from the thigh loop, when
original accessories and/or spare parts are replaced or
assembled. ATTENTION: a strap is sewn onto the inside of
the shackle (6) to limit the free movement of the thigh loop.
The shackle must always be fixed between the tapered thigh
loop strap and the sewn on strap.
2. Remove glue residue of the screw lock glue and coating
residue of the screw lock fluid. The shackle screw (16) is
secured with screw lock glue and a screw lock fluid during
factory assembly.
3. Replace the desired accessory or spare part. Take particular
care of the correct installation position. We recommend
getting a precise overview of the factory installation position
of the individual components before opening the shackle
locking (16). The seat adapters are pushed towards the
insertion buckles (10) (outwards) onto the stainless steel
shackle.
4. Cover the thread of the Allen wrench with screw lock glue
(e.g. Loctite 2701) and tighten with a torque of 10 Nm
(Newton metre) in the shackle. The screw lock fluid is
only provided as from the factory, however it increases the
protection against manipulation by third people.
Take maximum care on the adherence to these points - since the climbing belt for industrial use "HORAX" III is a personal protective equipment
of category 3 (high risks, fatal risks, irreversible damage to health).
If the stainless steel shackle (6) is damaged by unscrewing the Allen wrench (10) (e.g.: at the thread of the shackle (6) and the screw (10) or
at the Allen wrench head), the stainless steel shackle (6) with included Allen wrench (10) must be replaced by an original spare part of the
company A. Haberkorn & Co GmbH.
If you are not able to carry out the above necessary steps or if this is not possible to 100%, the adaptation of your climbing belt for industrial
use "Horax III" can also be carried out by a specialist shop at your expense.

use of adaptation.
Addition exchanging thigh loop pads:
The thigh loops in "Horax III" are equipped with exchangeable
pads (17) for perfect sitting comfort. The user can adjust the
sitting comfort individually to his needs by means of these thigh
loop pads (17). Inserting additional thigh loop pads can influence
the transverse stability of the thigh loops.
The thigh loop pads (17) can easily be pulled out of the sewn-
on pockets. The pads (17) can be removed or complemented
with additional pads.
