9. Possible causes of failure

Device does not work
The motor starts but there is no
build up of pressure
Irregular operating pressure

Cause
- No electrical voltage at the
device.
- Cross section of the extension
cable not large enough and/or
the extension cable is too long.
- The mains voltage is lower than
that specified.
- Motor circuit breaker has been
triggered.
- The pump is frozen.
- The water intake filter is
clogged.
- Air intake in the water inlet.
- Discharge nozzle is too large.
- Air intake in the water inlet.

Remedy
- Check the fuse, power cable and
power plug and have them
replaced by qualified personnel
if necessary.
- Use extension cables with larger
cross sections and/or use
shorter extension cables.
- Contact the power supply
company if necessary.
- Wait 5 - 10 minutes. (see point
7.2.3)
- Check and thaw if necessary.
- Clean the water intake filter.
(see 7.2.1).
- Check the supply hose and hose
connection and replace if
necessary.
- Check and replace if necessary.
