INTRODUCTION
Hatco Dual Drawer Warmers are designed to keep foods at
optimum serving temperatures without affecting quality. They
are built for tough kitchen duty with rugged stainless steel
construction, heavy-duty hardware, stainless steel slides, and
positive-closing drawers. Drawer Warmers keep everything
from meat to vegetables to rolls hot and flavor-fresh until
served.
The side-by-side drawer warmer allows for convenient access
to both drawers. Each drawer features individual controls
for holding a wider variety of hot foods during peak serving
periods.
Hatco Dual Drawer Warmers are products of extensive
research and field testing. The materials used were selected
for maximum durability, attractive appearance, and optimum
performance. Every unit is inspected and tested thoroughly
