below.
Problem
Your internal unit
does not respond
at all anymore.
There is a call but
no ring tone. Only
the red LED lights
up.
The door automa-
tically opens when
you receive a call.
The red LED is
flashing.
The communi-
cation is difficult
to understand.
A high-pitched
tone is sometimes
heard.

Cause
There is a power failure.
The ring tone is switched
off.
The "ring-and-come-in"
function is activated.
The system is busy.
Noise at the external unit
distorts the voice signal.
Solution
Check the power supply in
your home. If the problem
is limited to the internal
unit, contact your installer.
Press
to reactivate the
ring tone.
Press
to switch off the
function.
Wait a minute until the
system is free.
Hold down
to activate
1-way communication
(walkie-talkie principle).
Then hold down the button
to talk and release the
button to listen to your
visitor.
