CAUTION! Never immerse spray gun completely in thinner or solvent. When reassembling, always
clean parts to prevent dust from sticking.
CAUTION! Only qualified service personnel should repair the tool.
AIR TOOL LUBRICATION
Only use air tool oil to lubricate the tool. Other lubricants may not be suitable and could damage the tool
or cause a malfunction during use.

All air tools are packed in grease to prevent corrosion of internal parts during shipping and
storage. To clean this out, add a generous amount of air tool oil in the air inlet, and then run the
tool under no load until exhaust is clear.

The paint gun is different from most air tools in that it does not require typical lubrication. Air
tool oil introduced in the gun could mix with the paint, clog the gun and damage the tool. It will
also affect the quality of the paint. Do not use this tool on an air line that contains an automatic
in-line lubricator.
STORAGE
When not in use for an extended period, apply a thin coat of lubricant to the steel parts to avoid rust.
Remove the lubricant before using the tool again.
DISPOSAL
Recycle your tool at the appropriate facility if it is damaged beyond repair.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Contact Princess Auto Ltd. for a solution if the tool does not function properly or parts are missing. If
unable to do so, have a qualified technician service the tool.

Fluid Nozzle loose or worn.
Dry or worn Needle packing set.
Fluid level low or empty.
Fluid connector or
Nozzle obstructed.
Presence of air in the paint circuit.
Suggested solution(s)
Tighten the nozzle using the
wrench provided.
Replace nozzle.
Lubricate or replace Needle
packing set.
Add fluid to the paint cup.
Clean spray gun of obstructions
(see Maintenance).
Tighten all fittings around the
paint circuit.
