TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The device is not connected to
the power supply system

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Before cleaning the heating blanket, the power plug must be disconnected from the power socket.
The heating blanket can be washed by hand or in the washing machine at 40° C using a
mild detergent.
Do not iron the heating blanket.
Please do not use any detergents containing chlorine.
Do not dry clean the heating blanket.
The heating blanket cannot be tumble dried.
Do no use any high-pressure cleaners.
Make sure that the controller does not come into contact with any liquids. Liquids may result in damage.
Never use the heating blanket while it is wet or damp. The heating blanket must not be switched on while it
is drying.
Let the heating blanket air dry. Do not use any auxiliary means (such as clothes pegs) to hang it up to dry.
This may damage the cables inside.
Storage and regular inspection
Do not crumple the heating blanket. Carefully fold the product to store it.
Store the device in a dry place when it is not in use.
Allow the device to cool before you fold or roll it up.
Inspect the device and the power cable for possible signs of wear or damage at regular intervals.
Please do not use any chemical moth protection.
Do not place any heavy objects on the device during storage, as this may damage the electrical wiring.
In the event of malfunction or defects, send the device to the manufacturer.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please note the following aspects prior to any commissioning:
A. The heating blanket may only be used with the controller supplied.
B. Voltage supply of the heating blanket: 220 - 240 V~.
C. If any problems occur with the heating blanket, please send it to the manufacturer.
D. Only for indoor use.
E. When using an electrical device near children, conscientious
supervision is required.
