Trobleshooting
The water filtration device may malfunction due to a lack of or minor causes rather than product failure.
Check for the following in such circumstances to resolve the issue in a simple manner without assistance from the
service center. Please contact the service center if you cannot resolve the issue after checking for the following.
Symptom
Taste of water is
strange.
Water is
not being
dispensed.
The filtration
amount has
suddenly
decreased.
Cold water
is not being
dispensed.
Water does not
come out or
the dispensed
quantity is
different than
before.
Water leaks.
The device

suddenly during

• I haven't used the water filtration
device for a very long time.
• Isn't it time for filter replacement?
• Is the device disconnected from the
water supply or is the raw water
valve locked?
• Did you miss the filter replacement
period?
• Isn't it time for filter replacement?
• Is the power connected?
• Is the feed water valve locked?
• Is the temperature of feed water
declining rapidly?
• Is the cold water indicator on?
• The cooling unit does not seem to work.
• Is the power connected?
• Is the feed water valve locked?
• Is the water filtration device too
close to the wall?
• Isn't it time for filter replacement?
• Is the device disconnected from the
water supply or is the raw water
valve locked?
• Is the tubing bent or cut?
• Is there no water from the inside of
the product?

• Is there leak or flooding of filtered
water?
Measures to take
Drain the water contained in the cold/hot water
tank.
Please request for filter replacement.
Please open the feed water valve.
Please purchase the Aquamega200 filter set
and replace.

Filtration amount decreases as water
