INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. The solenoid valve can be closed in two ways:
a) An electrical pulse of 1 second (9 - 12V DC)
b) By pressing the red button (first you need to remove the plastic cover).
After this operation, the solenoid valve remains closed.
NOTE: The protective cover must remain closed during the use of the solenoid valve.
2. When the solenoid valve is closed, pull the red vertical button upwards to unlock the solenoid valve. The
solenoid valve will remain open.
3. The solenoid valve will shut off automatically when it receives an input signal from the sensor. If this does
not happen, contact the supplier or manufacturer for maintenance.
4. After closing the solenoid valve, an inspection of the gas installation will be performed. Use caution when
the solenoid valve needs to be restarted.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR INSTALLATION
1. The solenoid valve will only be installed by qualified personnel only.
2. The solenoid valve must be installed after the main internal gas valve.
3. The solenoid valve must be installed in the direction of the gas flow marked on the solenoid valve. The coil
should not be mounted face down. The solenoid valve can be installed horizontally or vertically.
4. The control valves of the solenoid valve must be connected correctly. The white thread is positive and the
black one is negative. Making an incorrect connection may result in the risk of shortcircuit.
5. During maintenance work on the gas pipe, such as cleaning the pressure pipe, the solenoid valve must be
disassembled to avoid its failure.
6. During the pressure tests, the solenoid valve must be opened.
7. The solenoid valve opening button can be pulled upwards when the pressures are equal (inlet and outlet).
8. Inverted polarity and wrong voltage can damage the electromagnetic coil of the solenoid valve.
9. Installation with the gas sensor in the kit is recommended. The connection is made plug & play, without other
modifications.
