2 - CONNECTIONS
connect the unit only to the Master monitor Series Ylva 2+ code 112240, 112241 or 112245. Do not connect
units with different reference codes or video of other brands.
Between monitors
For a good audio/video quality the cable between the Master and Slave monitors should not exceed 100
meters. Correctly connect the wires as shown in the previous diagrams (an erroneous connection may
damage the equipment). The cable type depends on its length:
Cable length
0 to 50m
50 to 100m
IMPORTANT :
You may encounter issues when making connections:
- Audio channel disturbances
- Need to cover a section exceeding 50m (max. 100m)
- Monitor that sounds and lights alone.
In the event of disturbance, you must replace connections 1 and 2 with a single coaxial cable min. diameter
3.6mm, the contact 1 must be connected to the central conductor (or center wire), and the contact 2 to the
cable shield of the coaxial cable. For this operation we recommend using cables Avidsen ref. 102238 and
102239.
