design. We hope you enjoy your new LIZ straightening brush from PALSON.
To guarantee your safety and that of others, please read the instructions before using
the appliance, and keep them in a safe place for future reference. Keep all packaging
until you are sure that the appliance is working properly.
IMPORTANT SAFETY MEASURES
The use of electric appliances requires safety measures for the both product purchased
and for the user.
1. Carefully read all the instructions and recommendations.
2. Make sure that the cable (6) does not have any defects or cuts.
3. Do not use the appliance near water in sinks, bathtubs or similar recipients.
4. Do not submerge the appliance in water or other liquids.
5. Always check the appliance before use in order to detect visible signs of damage.
Do not use it if it is damaged.
6. Do not use any products or components apart from the originals supplied by the
manufacturer.
7. Keep the cable away from hot surfaces.
8. Do not use the appliance near a gas worktop or electric radiator.
9. Keep the appliance out of the reach of children when in use.
10. Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is switched on or plugged in.
11. This appliance must only be used strictly following the instructions in this manual.
12. If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, their autho-
rised technical service or by a qualified technician to avoid any risk.
13. Ensure that the hot surface of the appliance does not come into direct contact with
the skin, in particular the eyes, ears, face or neck.
14. This product is not for the use of children or other persons without assistance or
supervision if their physical, sensory, or mental state prevents it from being used
safely. Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the product.
15. Do not wind the cable around the appliance.
16. Do not cover the straightening brush with other elements, and avoid damaging the
internal components.
17. Do not take the appliance apart. Avoid damaging the product.
18. Do not use the straightening brush near a bathtub, swimming pool or any water as
it could get damaged.
19. Do not store the straightening brush until it has cooled completely.
WARNING: As with most electrical appliances, the electrical components are still
live even when the appliance is switched off.
SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE CABLE
1. Never pull the cable (6) or the appliance.
2. To plug it in, firmly hold the plug and guide it into the power supply.
3. To unplug the appliance, grasp the plug and firmly remove it from the socket.
4. Before each use, check the cable for cuts and/or abrasion marks. If you find any, this
indicates that the appliance needs to be looked at and the cable replaced.
5. Never wind the cable tightly around the appliance, as this could cause excessive
tension in the cable at the point where it enters the appliance and cause friction and/
or breaks.
