IV- GETTING STARTED
4.1- Unpacking
- Remove product from its packaging.
- Check that tool and accessories are not damage
4.2- Presentation (Fig.1) and content (Fig.2)
The lawnmower machine is delivered pre-assembled.
However, certain parts need to be assembled by the user.
The content is illustrated in Fig.2.
4.3- Assembly
4.3.1- Installation of the handle on the cylinder (Fig.3)
WARNING! This operation requires working near the blade. For your safety, it is recommended to
wear protective gloves and lock the blade
1. Press handle tubes extremities inwards.
2. Lower down the handle tubes (3) for securing onto the stud (a).
3. Align and insert the hole of the lower handle tube (3) (one on each side) onto the stud (a) (one
on each side of the body of the lawnmower).
4.3.2- Assembly of the handle (Fig.4)
1. Fig.4a: Align the extension tubes (2) on the outside of the lower handle (3) and secure with the
provided screws (6a) & knobs (6b).
2. Fig.4b: Slide the extension tubes (2) into the tubes of the upper handle (1)
3. Fig.4c: Secure with the provided screws (6a) & knobs (6b).
4. Fig.4d: handle fully assembled.
4.3.3- Installation of grass collection bag (Fig.5)
Note: The grass collection bag (5) must be installed before using the machine.
1. Fix the grass catcher bag (5) to the lawnmower by sliding the hooks (b) of the bag in the plastic
brackets (c).
2. Install the support strap (4) in the center of the lower handle bar (3) and adjust the strap length to
position the collection bag in the best working position.
4.4- Adjusting the blade (Fig.6)
WARNING! This operation requires working near the blades. For your safety, it is recommended
to wear gloves.
You must set the cutting cylinder (f) properly, in order to work effectively.
Turn adjuster nuts (g) (on both sides) clockwise lightly at a time until the cutting cylinder (f)
slightly touches the fixed blade (e),
Note: ensure the cutting cylinder (f) keeps rotating freely without catching the fixed blade (e).
4.5- Setting the cutting height (Fig.6+7)
WARNING! This operation requires working near the blade. For your safety, it is recommended to:
- wear protective gloves
- block the moving blade to prevent it from turning on itself
• Adjust the cutting height depending on the size of the grass.
The roller (d) should be set in a position according to the type of lawn in your working area:
Low position: for high range, for bumpy lawns;
Medium position: for medium range, for average lawns;
High position: for low range, for reasonably flat lawns.
