- Using with the Timer Switch
1. Select the desired cooking time with the timer switch
(1) (5 to 30 minutes).
2. Select your desired temperature with the temperature
control (4).
NOTE:
Once the time is up, a bell will sound. The appliance
will switch off automatically.
Use
1. Make sure that the appliance is unplugged and switched
off (the control lamps are off.).
2. Take the lid off the deep fryer. Ensure the lid is closed
every time the appliance is heating up or frying.
3. Remove the frying basket and fill the container with oil
or grease (maximum 5 litres). The filling level must be
located between the MIN and the MAX level.
4. Insert the plug into a power socket. The red control lamp
lights up. Set the desired temperature by turning the
temperature control (4).
WARNING:
• Always pull out the plug from the mains socket before cleaning
and wait until the appliance has cooled down.
• Wait until the deep fryer is completely cool before cleaning.
Wait in any case for 1 to 2 hours after use before using again to
avoid burns.
• Never immerse the control assembly into water. It could cause
an electric shock or fire.
CAUTION:
• Do not use a wire brush or any abrasive items.
• Do not use any acidic or abrasive detergents.
Deep Frying Fat Container
1. In order to change the oil, pull out the deep frying fat
container and pour the oil out at the side.
2. The frying receptacle can be cleaned in warm water with
a mild detergent. It is dishwasher safe. Take care that
excessive detergent is not used.

5. Switch the appliance on with the on / off switch. Switch it
to the "ON" position or select a time.
6. The green control lamp lights up. Once the set tempera-
ture has been reached the green control lamp goes off.
Place the frying basket containing the items to be fried
carefully into the hot fat.
7. The green control lamp switches on and off several times
during frying. This is normal and it indicates that the
temperature is controlled by the thermostat and is being
maintained. Once the frying time is over (the frying times
are to be found on the packaging of the food or in the
recipe), please take out the frying basket.
8. Let the oil drip from the food being fried.
Ending operation
1. Switch the on / off switch to the " 0 " position.
2. Turn the temperature control and/or the timer back to
the start.
3. Unplug the appliance from the mains.
4. Leave the appliance to cool.
Cleaning
Frying Baskets and Lid
1. The baskets, handles, and the lid can all be washed in
warm water with mild detergent.
2. Ensure that everything is dried thoroughly after washing.
Housing and Control Assembly
Clean these parts with a slightly moist cloth.
