TROUBLESHOOTING
Any modification not authorized beforehand relieves the manufacturer of all responsibility. All the
spare parts used in repairs must be original ones and the accessories must be approved by the
manufacturer so as to be able to guarantee maximum safety of the machines and systems in which
they may be fitted.

CHECK
• No elettric power.
• Plug not inserted.
• Automatic switch has .
• Float blocked.
• Thermal protection has tripped.
• Protection fuses are burnt out.
• Faulty motor or capacitor.
• The intake grid or the pipes are
blocked.
• The impeller is worn or blocked.
• The required head is higher than the
electropump characteristics.
• No-return valve blocked.
• Ensure that the intake grid or the
delivery pipe are not partly blocked
• Ensure that the impeller is not
partly blocked or encrusted.
• Ensure that the check valve (i fitted)
is not partly clogged.
• Water level too low.
• Wrong supply voltage.
• On three-phase motors, check tha
the direction of rotation is correct.
• The switch is not disactivated by
the float.
• The thermal overload protection
device is stopping the electropump.
• Liquid temperature too high.
• Internal defect.

REMEDY
• Check the contactor on the electric
line.
• Check power connection to the line.
• Reset the switch, check the cause.
• Check that the float reaches ON
level.
• This resets automatically (Single-
phase only.)
• Replace the fuses with others of the
same type.
• Contact the nearest dealer.
• Remove the blockage.
• Change the impeller or remove the
blockage.
• Contact the nearest dealer.
• Clean the valve and check its
operation.
• Remove any blockage.
• Change the impeller or remove the
blockage.
• Clean the valve and check its
operation.
• Switch off the electropump.
• Feed the electropump with the
voltage indicated on the data plate.
• If necessary, invert the
connection of two supply wires.
• Ensure that the float moves freely.
• Check that the liquid to be pumped
is not too dense as this could cause
overheating of the motor.
• The temperature exceeds the
technical limits of the electropump.
• Contact the nearest dealer.
