Shortbread attachment
∙ Slide the worm into the worm housing.
∙ Place the white filler disc on the square
of the worm in such way that the recess
of the disc fits into the pin in the worm
housing.
∙ Insert the shortbread attachment into the
screw ring.
∙ Hand-tighten the screw ring clockwise
using the handle. When doing so, align
the shortbread attachment.
∙ Remove the cover on the front of the
food processor. To do this, reach into the
gap at the bottom of the cover.
∙ Place the worm housing on the
appliance and lock it in place by turning
it counter-clockwise. The filler neck must
point upwards.
∙ Place the food tray on the filler neck.
∙ Insert the slide into the slot in the pastry
attachment and adjust it to the desired
design.
∙ Form the prepared, well chilled dough
into a roll with a diameter of approx. 3
cm and place it in the filling spout.
∙ Insert the power plug into a wall socket.
∙ Set the control knob to the desired
speed level between 3 and 8.
∙ Cut off the strip of dough of the desired
size at the output and place on a baking
tray.
∙ Use only the plunger to refill the filler
neck.

After use
∙ After use, switch off the appliance and
disconnect from mains power.
∙ Unlock the attachment clockwise and
remove it.
∙ Replace the cover in such way that the
lines (− −) are opposite each other.
Cleaning and Care
∙ Before cleaning, switch off the
appliance, disconnect from mains power
and wait for the motor to come to a
complete standstill.
∙ Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning
agents.
∙ Clean the accessories immediately after
use with warm water and detergent.
∙ All plastic parts, the shortbread
attachment, and the slider can be
cleaned in the dishwasher.
∙ All other metal parts are not dishwasher
safe.

Some accessories can be stored in the
pusher to save space.
