4) Check every 100 cycles that the machine limit switches are functioning properly.
The machine should stop automatically when the cable reaches the upper or lower
limit.
5) Check power and control cables every 100 cycles.
6) Every 200 cycles, lubricate the cable and the sheave.
7) Every 1000 cycles check:
• That all visible bolts are properly tightened.
• That the hook and block are in good condition.
• Check the operation of the brake system. The brake should be inspected if the
motor makes unusual noises during operation or the machine does not maintain
rated load.
DISPOSAL OF USED UNITS.
At the end of its useful life, this product should not be disposed of with normal
household waste but should be taken to a collection point for the recycling of
electrical and electronic equipment. This is indicated by the symbol on the
product, operating instructions or packaging. The materials used in this unit are
recyclable according to their marking. You will be making an important
contribution to protecting our environment by reusing, recycling or otherwise
disposing of used units.
