ASSEMBLY OF THE UNIT
Before attaching the machine to the work area, check that it is not damaged. Make
sure that the support structure on which the machine will be mounted can
withstand the weight of the load and the machine. Do not mount the machine on
a support structure that cannot be verified as to its load-bearing capacity and
strength.
It is recommended that the machine be mounted on a round beam that is
permanently mounted in one place. The dimensions of the beam must match the
dimensions of the machine's mounting components.
The responsibility for mounting on a support structure and for the support
structure itself rests with the user. Special care must be taken when attaching the
machine to the supporting structure, and all conditions for safe operation must be
ensured in order to avoid hazards resulting in possible personal injury. The user is
responsible for preparing the installation conditions for the machine and for the
installation itself.
After mounting the machine, check that the hook is properly mounted and that
the latch is closed. Always periodically check brake operation when lifting a load.
To do this, hang a test load (approx. 10% of the allowable load) and raise and
lower it several times to ensure that it will not slide when the lift/lower stops.

Blocks
The machine is equipped with a pulley, which makes it possible to lift double the load.
1) To mount the cable on the pulley
a) unscrew all the sheave bolts,
b) place the cable on the pulley,
c) reassemble the pulley,
d) tighten all the bolts of the block.
