Our_softener_range_are_guaranteed_for_a_period_of_3_years_excluding_consumables,_excluding_accessories.
The_company_DSC_guarantees_your_device_3_years._If_a_fault_should_occur_due_to_defective_manufacture_or_materials,_DSC_shall_meet_the_cost_of_repair_
work_on_the_defective_part(s)._If_the_product_cannot_be_repaired_by_DSC,_then_the_product_or_defective_part_shall_be_exchanged_within_the_period_of_
guarantee.
Guarantee conditions
The_guarantee_comes_into_effect_when_we_have_received_the_returned_guarantee_card,_providing_the_card_has_been_returned_within_15_days_of_the_date_of_
purchase._The_guarantee_card_must_be_carefully_completed_and_the_retailer's_or_installation_technician's_invoice_should_also_be_attached.
In_ the_ event_ of_ a_ malfunction,_ contact_ our_ customer_ support_ department_ by_ email,_ specifying_ the_ type_ of_ product/model_ and_ your_ contact_ details._
Following_approval,_customer_support_will_indicate_the_appropriate_action_concerning_the_malfunction.
The_guarantee_shall_only_be_valid_if_the_product_has_been_properly_installed,_serviced_and_used,_following_the_order_and_instructions_specified_in_the_
technical_documentation_or_on_the_packaging.
The_guarantee_only_covers_products._The_guarantee_does_not_cover_consumables_(cartridges,_salts,_resins,_lamps,_seals)_or_accessories_(mounting_
brackets,_adapters,_seals,_unions,_hoses,_pressure_gauges,_switches,_indicator_lights,_fuses,_power_cables).
The guarantee does not cover the following
-__ R epair_work_carried_out_directly,_on_equipment_or_spare_parts,_without_prior_approval_by_customer_support.
-_Incorrect_utilisation,_non-respect_of_the_instructions,_or_any_other_modification_or_adaptation.
-__ D amage_due_to_a_cause_outside_the_product,_such_as_being_dropped,_electrical_overvoltage,_lightning_strike,_storm,_fire,_high_winds,_natural_disaster,_
flood_damage,_entry_of_any_foreign_body_or_animal_into_the_equipment,_drilled_holes_not_properly_sealed,_wrong_equipment_connections_(tube,_hose,_
union,_etc.),_not_compliant_with_standards,_technical_documentation_or_normal_practice.
-_Damage_sustained_during_transport.
-_Installation_in_a_country_other_than_where_the_equipment_was_purchased.
-_Installation_for_collective_use_or_on_industrial_sites,_when_such_utilisation_is_not_specified_in_the_technical_documentation.
-_Installation_on_a_pipe_system_that_does_not_receive_water_from_the_public_water_supply_(except_when_specified_in_the_instructions).
-__ I nstallation_on_a_pipe_system_that_is_not_protected_against_freezing_or_extreme_temperatures,_as_specified_in_the_instructions_(technical_documentation_
or_on_packaging).
-_Installation_on_a_pipe_system_with_a_pressure_exceeding_4_bar_(IN_SERVICE).
-_Electrical_connection_of_the_equipment_to_an_unsuitable_power_source_that_is_not_230_V_AC.
-_Following_transfer_of_the_equipment_to_a_third_party,_even_with_payment.
-_Installation_in_ambient_temperatures_outside_the_range_+5°C_to_+35°C.
-_Installation_outdoors.

Before_using_the_equipment,_carefully_read_the_instructions_below_and_keep_them_to_hand_for_future_reference_if_necessary.
-__ C arefully_read_the_instructions_in_the_technical_and_user_documentation,_relating_to_safety_precautions_specific_to_the_utilisation_of_each_device.
-__ T he_electrical_device_emits_slight_magnetic_radiation._Users_of_a_heart_stimulator_(pacemaker)_who_notice_any_abnormal_symptoms_should_move_away_
from_the_device_and_consult_a_doctor.
-__ D o_not_attempt_to_disassemble_or_modify_the_device:_it_contains_high_voltages_and_parts_that_are_very_hot._There_is_a_risk_of_burns,_fire_or_electric_shock.
Positioning the equipment
-__ D o_ not_ position_ the_ equipment_ close_ to_ alcohol,_ thinners_ or_ any_ other_ flammable_ substance._ Contact_ between_ such_ substances_ and_ the_ internal_
electrical_parts_of_the_device_could_cause_fire_or_electric_shock.
-__ P lace_the_equipment_on_a_plane,_firm_surface,_not_subject_to_vibration_and_sufficiently_strong_to_bear_the_weight.
-__ D o_not_place_objects_around_the_power_cable_plug,_so_that_it_can_be_quickly_disconnected_at_any_time.
-__ R elative_humidity_in_the_room_must_be_between_20%_and_80%.
-__ D o_not_expose_the_device_to_direct_sunlight.
