...the cuffs are not pumped up completely
check that you have joined the cuff to the main passage of the
T-connector and not to one of the two branches;
make sure that each branch of the T-connector is either fi rmly
attached to the hose or plugged with the stopper and check that
no hose is bent;
make sure that the directional switch for the pump is locked
into place;
if necessary, turn up the switch for adjusting the pressure to maximum.
...the cuffs are not emptied completely or not quickly
enough:
turn the directional switch for the pump to defl ate and snap it
into place;
turn up the switch for adjusting the pressure to maximum.
