Insert the test mandrel into the gaging sleeve.

If the test mandrel does not fit smoothly into

the gaging sleeve, push the lever over the setting
sleeve and fine-adjust the welding torch by
pulling the lever.
Remove the welding torch from the alignment jig.

Unscrew the setting sleeve and gaging sleeve

from the welding torch.
Mount the spatter protector, tip adapter, contact
3
tip, and gas nozzle on the welding torch.
