Disassemble the gas nozzle, contact tip,

tip adapter, and spatter protector from
the welding torch.
Screw the gaging sleeve and setting sleeve

onto the welding torch.
Loosen and remove 2 cylinder head screws

M6 × 50 with the AF5 Allen key.
Open the clamp of the locating block.

Insert the welding torch into the locating block,

screw it to the adapter of the clamping body,
and position it with the star screw.
