Required Environment
Check to find out items that are needed to use the cado sync application.
Internet line
The customer must be able to gain continuous internet connection, by
having a subscription with a service provider for broadband service.
High-speed internet connection, such as via optical lines, is recommended.
The customer is responsible for relevant internet communication expenses.
Wireless LAN access point
Details of supported networks are described below:
• Communication system: IEEE802.11b/g/n.
• Security: WPA Personal and WPA2 Personal.
Setting WPA2 (AES) encryption method is recommended, to improve
security.
Refer to the instruction manual of the wireless LAN access point for details.
Terminal device, such as a smart phone
Verify in advance that the smart phone can access the internet line via a
wireless LAN access point.
Supported operating systems (as of October 2018)
• Android: Version 4.2 or later.
• iOS: 8.0 or later.
