1. Lay the deflated jacket out on a flat surface
2. Starting from the side with the canister, fold the bladder over towards the middle of the jacket.
3. Fold in half back on itself.
4. Ensure the pull cord is hanging out the bottom of the life jacket and that the small flap covers the
automatic inflation mechanism.
5. Fold the outside edge of the bladder back towards the centre over the automatic inflation mechanism
and keep it held in position with your hand.
6. Starting from the bottom of the jacket working your way up to the top, Velcro the side of the jacket to
secure the folded bladder in place. Leave the very top open for now.
7. Go to the side of the whistle and oral inflation tube and fold the bladder towards the middle of
the jacket.
8. Fold in half back on itself.
9. Starting from the bottom of the jacket working your way up to the top, Velcro this side of the jacket to
secure the folded bladder in place. Leave the very top open for now.
10. Concertina fold the top of the bladder.
11. Carefully fold one of the corners in.
12. Secure the Velcro around this section to hold in place.
13. Carefully fold the final corner in.
14. Secure the final section of Velcro.
15. Your life jacket is now re-packed and ready to use.
